Located within the Bosch Building, the UnserHaus Experience Centre provides an experiential live experience of Bosch and Gaggenau appliances.
Spanning across 4,000 square feet, the Experience Centre is divided into two adjacent brand zones, namely Bosch and Gaggenau. Entering each zone, visitors are invited to immerse themselves in the design philosophy of each brand and be inspired by the look and feel of the Bosch and Gaggenau-themed kitchens for their own kitchen planning.
Bosch unveils Home Connect, the brand’s first collection of connected appliances to simplify and improve daily household routines. With Home Connect, Bosch home appliances can be monitored and controlled remotely from mobile devices via the Home Connect app.
The app is currently the only cross-brand solution capable of controlling the entire connected home appliance range including built-in ovens, cookers and extractor hoods, dishwashers, refrigerators, washing machines and dryers as well as automatic coffee machines.
Home Connect is available at the UnserHaus Experience Centre.
Located in the building next to UnserHaus Experience Centre, the Customer Care Centre similarly creates a pleasing ambience for visitors who can feel at home while indulging in a one-hour service. Customers are invited to rest and relax in this homely space while they wait comfortably for their small home appliances.
Designed with the intention of providing a high level of transparency to its customers, the Customer Care Centre is outfitted with a repair glass room that allows customers to have an overview of the repair works done on the home appliances.
